
Service Agreement and Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between the Customer ("You", "Your") and MI Compliance Services ("We", "Us", or "Our"). By purchasing and downloading our digital products ("Materials"), you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein.
2. Scope of Products
We provide digital templates, guides, and checklists ("Materials") offering guidance on product compliance for musical instruments in the European Economic Area (EEA) / European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK), covering topics such as CE/UKCA marking, RoHS, REACH, and other relevant regulations.
3. Guidance Only – No Legal Liability
All Materials provided by us... are intended for informational purposes only... We accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or penalties incurred as a result of reliance on our Materials.
4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All Materials supplied by us... are the intellectual property of MI Compliance Services. You may use the Materials solely for your internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise share the Materials without our prior written consent.
5. Purchase and Delivery of Digital Products
The price for each digital product ("Material") is as stated on our website at the time of purchase. All prices are in [e.g., GBP £] and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the Materials via a link on the confirmation page and/or via an email sent to the address provided at checkout.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Digital Products
As our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply. By purchasing and downloading our Materials, you give your express consent to waive your right of cancellation once the download has begun. This is confirmed via a mandatory checkbox before purchase. Refunds will only be issued if the digital file is proven to be faulty.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed in connection with the services provided, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
